COMPOSITION:

Colistin sulfate

INDICATIONS:

For treatment of enteritis infections caused by bacterial sensitivity to Colistin.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Dilute with water or mix into feed, for 3 - 5 consecutive days:

-     Pigs: 1 g/ 10 liters of drinking water or 1 g/ 5 kg of feed or 1 g/ 100 kg of body weight per day.

-     Poultry: 1 g/ 15 liters of drinking water or 1 g/ 7.5 kg of feed or 1 g/ 150 kg of body weight per day.
